Matthew S. Bisset
Founder and President
With more than 30 years in the nonprofit sector, Matt is the founder of Kezar Consulting Group (KCG). Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Matt resides in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is a longtime member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), where he has received numerous CASE awards and remains a regular panelist and presenter.
Matt is a trustee at the Museum of Fine Arts St. Petersburg and a former board member of many organizations including Tampa Bay Watch and St. Petersburg Catholic High School. He is an active volunteer in his community, at his alma mater and national organizations including Oak Hill Academy, Saint Anselm College, Coastal Conservation Association, Trout Unlimited and more. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Anselm College and enjoys traveling, fly-fishing and spending time with family.

KCG has successfully placed more than 15 presidents, executive directors and vice presidents at colleges and universities, museums and a variety of other nonprofits.
Executive Coaching
KCG works closely with Presidents and Chief Development Officers on setting goals, conflict resolution, communications, board structure, staffing, budgeting and overall relationship counseling.
Governance
KCG has worked with many nonprofits on board restructuring, bylaws revisions, board recruitment and orientation. Strong governance is a vital step in campaign readiness, donor confidence and the recruitment of board members and key staff.
